"Day Of" Package - $1600
You’re almost to the finish line! For the couple who has all their vendors book, a timeline set, and now needs to turn things over to a planner to finish the job and run the show.

50% deposit is due at time of booking, and final payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. All payment can be made with checks or with a credit/debit card through the payment portal on your personal client portal.

Absolutely! You can add on these services at any point in the planning process.

Yes! Your venue coordinator often does not offer to coordinate vendor communication or load in, decoration setup, or ensure your timeline is being followed. They’re focusing on the venue’s needs, while I focus on you and your guest’s needs.

Absolutely! I am also experienced in planning birthdays, bachelorettes and corporate events. When reaching out, note that you want to request a special event and I can create a custom quote for your event needs.

About 10 hours for a standard schedule! I like to arrive 3 hours prior to your ceremony so I can setup all your DIY decor, oversee vendor load in, check in with venue staff, and have time to make sure you and your fiance are enjoying your getting ready time! I stay 1 hour after your reception ends to oversee vendor load out and collect all your leftover decor, florals, card box, etc.
