- Venue search & joint site visits (upon availability)
- Full vendor team curation and contract negotiation. We are your vendors' direct POC from the very beginning.
- Comprehensive budget management, timeline, floorplan and seating chart creation in our collaborative planning portal
- Room block sourcing and management
- 1 hour rehearsal management the day prior
- Lead Planner and Wedding Day Assistant onsite for up to 12 hours on wedding day
- Oversight of vendor load in/out plus standard decor setup and breakdown
Partial Planning
The "Collaborative & Refined" Experience
Investment: $6,000
For the couple who is looking forward to having a large hand in the planning process, but still wants a professional by their side to touch base with throughout their whole journey.
- Monthly virtual check in meetings begin at time of booking
- Access to list of vetted and recommended vendors
- Professional contract review and expert guidance for all self-booked vendors
- Collaborative planning in your custom portal: calendar, guest list, timeline, floor plan, and budget tracker
- Vendor POC transition 2 months prior for all final logistics
- 1-hour rehearsal management and 10 hours of onsite wedding day coordination by Lead Planner. Wedding Day Assistant included for 10 hours.
- Oversight of vendor load in/out plus standard decor setup and breakdown
Event Management
The "Confident & Celebrated" Experience
Investment: $3,000
Also known as "Day Of" or “Month Of” coordination. For the couple who has all their vendors booked and now needs to turn things over to a planner to run the show.
- Access to customized portal at time of booking, so you can independently use our suite of planning tools before our team comes back into play
- Access to list of vetted and recommended vendors from time of booking
- Communication and planning start 2 months prior to your wedding date
- 3 strategic meetings: 2 virtual and 1 in-person final venue walkthrough
- Review and finalize timeline, layout, and decor details
- Vendor POC transition 1 month prior for all final logistics
